The San Jose Sharks joined the NHL in 1991 witch started the Tampa Bay to the Columbus blue jackets expansion. the sharks Closes win the was in the finals against the Pittsburgh Penguins but they lost for games so the penguins won the cup.
The San Jose stars are Joe Thorton, Patrick Marleau, Logan Couture, Brent Burns and Erik Karlsson who is not much of a star this year. They would had Joe pavelski there former captain if they did not sign Erik Karlsson for 11 million$ Canadian.
Joe Pavelski signed with the Dallas stars the same team Corey Perry went to.
