The Edmonton Oilers joined the league in 1979 to end the 1979 extension. They have won in 1984, 1985, 1987, 1988 and 1990.
The Oilers had worlds greatest hockey player of all time Wayne Geztky .
They also had NHL legend Jari Kurri who played very good for the oilers here is the rest of the legend players who played on Edmonton Grant Fur, Marty Mcsorley and Mark Messier. Their current stars are Connor Mcdavid, Leon Draisitle, James Neal and Mike smith.
